Bobby has been in Norway for work this week.

10k run yesterday through the Norse countryside

Picked up a Euro Tri magazine and it has an article about extreme triathlons. Says roughest terrain is Xterra championship in Maui, toughest overall tri is the Norseman in Norway, hilliest is l'Alpe d'Huez, and the steepest- you guessed it- the Savageman. Its going to be epic.

In Sweden now en route back.
